Single-ply installations must be mechanically fastened to the existing metal deck, a requirement which can add significant weight stress to the substrate. This rather costly approach also relies heavily on yet another set of fasterners perforating the original metal roof.

LASER SUPER SEAM SEALER is a preparation material over seams and fasteners, vent stack and other areas on metal roofs where movement may be anticipated. It is easily applied by either brush or spray to permanently seal seams and fasteners. LASER SEAM SEALER is unique in its ability to develop strong
tensile strength quickly, eliminating the costly application of reinforcement fabric. The elastomeric properties enable it to withstand flexing over a long period of time. LASER SEAM SEALER will not bleed through or discolor the topcoat.
